Each room now has a double-sided bilingual stand (in Italian and English) with historical and artistic information. The text is written using clearly understandable language.
The decision to substitute the old room cards was taken because they had become worn.
Great care has been taken over the appearance of the stands to avoid interference with the beauty of the rooms: firstly a design relating to the room appears above the text, secondly the colour of the stand reflects Giulio Romano’s decorative scheme. The whole is presented with a satin finish.
